The 1-day immersive retreat is an opportunity to dive deep into the science and experience of health and wellness in a tranquil retreat environment. You will be introduced to the scientifically proven wellness model based on international research and inspired by different retreats around the world. You will be immersed in deep connection, learning, experiencing and indulging through mind and body practices as well as food, nutrition and nature. 
 
Have you attended an immersive retreat? If yes, you are eligible to continue on to the 4-week intensive experience. 
Part 2: 

 MINDPLAY®  MODEL

4-WEEK INTENSIVE EXPERIENCE

You will be introduced to the xx scientifically proven mindfulness model based on international research and inspired by different retreats around the world. You will be immersed in deep connection, learning, experiencing and indulging though the mind and body practices as well as food, nutrition and nature. 
 
Have you attended an immersive retreat? If yes, you are eligible to continue on to the 4-week intensive experience. 
Part 3: 

WEEKLY INSPIRATION FOLLOW-UPS

The 1-day immersive retreat is an opportunity to dive deep into the science and experience of health and wellness in a tranquil retreat environment. You will be introduced to the xx scientifically proven mindfulness model based on international research and inspired by different retreats around the world. You will be immersed in deep connection, learning, experiencing and indulging though the mind and body practices as well as food, nutrition and nature. 
 

Have you attended a Masterclass with Dhevaksha?And want to continue the journey?

The MINDPLAY intensive is a 4-week course based on research and real-life experiences and delivered over 4x 90 minute sessions, virtually and in person. The course has been designed for anyone who has attended an immersive retreat with Dhevaksha and who wishes to explore more deeply the MINDPLAY model as well as apply and integrate these concepts into daily life.

Once you have completed the intensive course, you will be able to attend weekly MAIAMIND inspiration follow ups with Dhevaksha. These 60 minute group in-person sessions are designed to provide a regular weekly dose of mindful inspiration by using different practices and experiences to quieten and elevate the mind, for lasting wellbeing and happiness.

The first MAIAMIND intensive course begins June 2018.
